Pfizer Inc. today announced that it has stopped selling a generic version of its erectile dysfunction drug Viagra (sildenafil).
The generic version, which is a generic version of Pfizer's popular erectile dysfunction drug Viagra, has already been approved for sale by the U. S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
According to a press release from Pfizer, the generic Viagra, which is the brand name of Pfizer's erectile dysfunction drug, will be sold under the name Viagra Connect by the pharmaceutical company Pfizer Inc. Additionally, a list of generic sildenafil products with Pfizer's name in the United States was also released.
